Toucan is a refreshing break from many of the places I've been before. The team is top-tier and they really care about making a difference while supporting each other. I've never had a situation where people — from the CEO on down — haven't been willing to drop everything to help out. It's great to be at a company that not only cares about making a great product for its customers, but the environment in which success is achieved. In particular, I LOVE the focus on getting and maintaining a diverse workforce.

Toucan is a global company, started in Paris and now expanded to the United States. That means growing pains. It takes effort to make sure that everyone knows what's going on and feels like part of the effort. Luckily, there are plenty of events and communications to assist. And, if you get the chance to visit Paris from the US (or vice versa) they make you feel very welcome!
