      Good fringe benefits for a person starting their career with zero experience

      Cons

      - Extremely poor senior and mid level management - Room for growth only for the families and friends of senior managers - Recently employed children of senior managers in senior roles with no qualifications - Very toxic working environment - No actual consideration for safety despite all their publicity
