The people! Most jobs allow you to be responsible for a variety of related responsibilities. The financial strength of the Company allows it to weather the cyclical nature of the industry.
Cons
There has been a tremendous amount of change over the last few years. Also, there are more organizational changes pending. Many of the changes have occurred at the senior management level.
