Flexible work hours, humane company cultures, work life balance is encouraged , relatively friendly work environment, performance shares reward for deserving employees
Cons
Poor cash bonus, top management not strict enough, staff training improving now but still needs more budget. Politics and forming of cliques by some staff creates room for unjust promotions at times
