I've been fortunate to work for some of the most amazing managers and work WITH some of the greatest personalities in DFW that you've ever (or maybe never) known. Management is patient, professional and considerate. The atmosphere is very loose and conducive to a continuing development of camaraderie among the staff. Managers encourage talent to branch out to local affiliates to continue to nurture their careers.
Cons
Growth potential in regards to position and compensation within TTWN are dreadfully limited. Turn-around is so dramatic that taking a sick day may require planning a week or two in advance due to a short-handed staff. A considerable amount of extra work will be piled on your already slammed report schedule quite frequently without any extra compensation.
