      Pros

      Easy job interview, and allows you to get a foot in the door for DOD work.

      Cons

      The employer hires you if a larger company in DOD is looking for a new employee, look at it as a temporary position. If your good you will roll over to the clients compnay, if not your out of a job unless the company aquires an additional contract for you to work on .

      Pros

      health benefits are good, 401k matching, hybrid work, friendly co-workers, approachable upper management.

      Cons

      Pay is alright but could be better, Value of a degree is much higher than experience, no upward mobility/ability to gain new responsibilities ( this is mostly due to working contracts).

      There isn't much room to grow.
