      Pros

      Great into to ABA company. Scheduling did their best to keep my clients within a few miles of one another so I didn't have to drive a bunch

      Cons

      OK pay. Was better than other ABA companies in the area. Traveling was a hassle. Location is important- if there are no client in your area you get crummy hours

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
