      Great for accruing practicum hours

      Cons

      Communication was not the best with families, I would work all day because I would have to drive one hour to a client and one hour back, my caseload decreased significantly. No benefits for part time.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
