      Great BCBAs, scheduling responses were okay, good start up pay, great for people with no bills.

      Cons

      No pay increases, Terrible communication skills from HR department, no opportunity for growth or Increased hours, false promises for benefits/ promotions.

      competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

      Cons

      unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
