Pros
Total Plastics was acquired back in December 2020 and the new business model is phenomenal! Employees are empowered at all levels, micro-management is a thing of the past, and training and development opportunities are on the rise. I have never felt more supported while also having the space to make decisions and make an impact.
Cons
This highly decentralized model is not for everyone. If you are coming from another company or industry where your freedom was limited, it may be overwhelming at first here. With the increased empowerment does come more responsibility and pressure. But those that dig in and do well are very well compensated and rewarded.
