Pay is abysmal with no raises, no bonuses, and "benefits" that cost nearly $300 every paycheck for terrible plan options. They reward gossip over hard work, have no real leadership, and foster a chaotic atmosphere. Expect constant turnover, poor communication, and zero career growth. Management is disconnected, no HR, and the culture is driven by fear and intimidation. Not a place for serious professionals or anyone looking for a supportive, ethical workplace.
