There is a lack of design support during peak seasons, as only one in-house designer is responsible for handling over 200 events while also managing branding design. Additionally, the toilet environment is poor — cleaning is scheduled only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and sometimes it’s skipped altogether.
