I think it says a lot when a company of 70 years has a current long service record of 636 years, 143 of those being senior management. TIS are a company that truly invests in their workforce, they recognise the potential in employees and look to hone in on their skills and encourage individual growth. The Director and the Quality and Culture Team are active in keeping morale high with regular treats, incentives and team building activities. Senior management have a clear idea of the direction the company is heading and what they need to do to achieve this. Following a tough couple of years with the COVID-19 pandemic, TIS has thrived and are even recruiting for new roles to support the increased workflow.
