Cons
No budget for safety; No willingness to do things right; do not pay contractors for their work; Bad debtors who were put out of the UK because of this behavior; They have a court precedent in Ireland as to this also, just look them up! Exceptionally bad management with literally no structures or processes in place; very high turnover of staff which is understandable as to how they operate; Lies lies lies is how they operate and purposely put their employees in awful libelous situations where the crew is not certified and plant not certified to carry out works; Owner goes around the country telling staff carry out illegal works; Literally, no joined-up thinking for management. Will promise you the basics, but they can not even deliver on that. Take on works that they know they cannot do, scary stuff tbh.
