Nothing was a pro they were awful

Awful awful company they exploit their employees any chance they get and take advantage of you while promising you the world and then giving you nothing

Car for work, flexible hours and average pay, weekly pay, small team. Working on the roads is fine however there was an unfair system of how drivers are allocated deliveries with often some people doing more work than others, This is usually based on favouritism and is unfair. the conditions are okay you are given a car and electricity and dont have to pay for the transport

The people, the sack you for any given circumstance or any minor inconvenience. The manager was very unprofessional and rude and the fleet manager had no life and would change shifts at anytime of the night and as and when he pleased. Sojin lee essentially let people who were not qualified to take a job they cannot do while she took the backseat and took investors money that went to flames. Staff also used to do nails and hair in the office, Bully culture is very prominent in this work place.
