Cons
Frequent corporate structure changes with new directives every time. Corporate sends out many trackers during promo events which adds to the noise. Always a grey area with policies when it comes to clients but no grey area for employees. The managers have to do visual, ops, onboarding, etc. Those duties should go to departments so stores can focus on generating sales.
