Pros
There is one pro to working here: if you love animals, it seems like a dream job. Emphasis on SEEMS.
Cons
Working here is like walking on ice all the time. Upper management does not want to hear your opinion and will in fact punish you for it. These punishments come in the form of seemingly meaningless write-ups, passive aggressive changes in shifts or work assignments and often firing. In fact, every six months or so a bunch of people get fired out of nowhere. Their goal is to keep the organization running by keeping happy employees, not by maintaining the morale of current staff members, but by firing the ones who speak up about the abhorrent management style and hiring new, fresh faced, ignorant ones. Things have improved since the Tim Trow days for the animals, but the staff is still being treated like dirt.
