Pros
Remote work Some individual ICs are cool
Cons
CEO CEO CEO CEO CEO and I can't stress this enough, CEO. Second up, literally everything the CEO has enacted. There are some talented people who work at this company. They keep their heads down and try to deliver as best they can. They generally get laid off or fired because they try and follow some semblance of product development process as opposed to enacting whatever the whim of Taso is that day. The rest are sycophants who have drunk the company kool-aid that they're the top 1%. I don't know what "Top 1% they're referring to. Maybe the top 1% of people desperate enough to apply for a full time job at this place, maybe, but it can't be the top 1% of talent. Taso himself is a bottom-of-the-barrel CEO who has no business running a company, and he's hired bottom-of-the-barrel yes-men who can't get hired at a Radio Shack, never mind a reputable place of employment. Google this guy's name, take a look at what he's said and done, and then decide if you want to work here. Just avoid it. The pittance they'll pay you and the paltry benefits aren't worth the weeks, maybe months, probably not years of trauma you'll have to endure. Unemployment is probably a better bet.
