      Very flexible in terms of schedule, fully remote, benefits for remote workers

      Cons

      I worked in the company for a bit more than 2 years. At first, I liked it a lot, it seemed there was a great potential to grow and I was very excited about opportunities. After a while, since the company wasn´t doing very well, everything went downhill. Promotion, salary increase and internal transfers were put on hold indefinitely. I left due to struggle with motivation and burnout. I still think it can be a great company, just maybe in another moment. When the market situation changes and when they focus more on the employee.

      1. Excellent Pricing 2. Geneue Big and Global Clients 3. Pricing at your Choice 4. Top Class Payment System 5. Job Matcher who listen to you when and where required. 6. Always Real Job not a Job where person working as Freelancer to some international client and post job which you do during your parttime.

      Pros

      None. Avoid. This is a sinking ship.

      Cons

      As others have mentioned, the leadership of Toptal is very poor. Constant changes of direction, unstable leaders, a product with tons of competition. They also have extremely high turnover. Even if you get a job here, you'll be looking again in under a year.
