Pros
Toppers brings a really fun and laid back environment, generally has been a good company to work for. They offer pretty good benefits and a lot of opportunity for growth within the company.
Cons
It is undoubtedly a very high stress job, 70-80 hour weeks are not uncommon. GMs often take on a work load that should not be handled by one person. While they are good about recognizing that the pandemic has brought on serious staffing shortages, something needs to be done in the way of retaining our best people.
