Pros
Empowered employees to make independent decisions. Management group had to adjust to shrinking market share and price erosion making it challenging to stay in business with high local labor costs. Former site manager deserves praise and recognition for keeping site open as long as possible.
Cons
Indecisive corporate leadership which conducted business out of fear. Multiple and frequent lay offs and furloughs which led to poor morale.
