      Pros

      - Easy to get hired - Flexible working hours - Very easy teaching layouts

      Cons

      - Not the best pay out there. Your pay can also be deduced. - Many technical problems and server issues that you often get blamed for. - Staff don't speak great English - You might start feeling like a robot after working for a while with them - Sending back invoice and time sheets is a nightmare due to their new layouts

      Pros

      Helpful team atmosphere. The team is looking to succeed. Everyone works hard. Located in a great location in San Francisco. Great first step into the world of Online Advertising. Some great clients help boost the overall traffic and work.

      Cons

      Hard to learn much here as there is a huge lack of innovation within the product. Company wants to succeed, but more tools are needed to really make a growth within the company.
