Initial appointment to sign up as a contract employee will entail a few computer software application assessment tests reflecting the skill sets you referred to in your resume that you are skilled in performing in the work place.
After completing the Software applications assessment tests you will meet with a recruiter for the initial interview, which is set up for them to make an assessment of who they are considering on hiring as an employee that will no doubt be representative of TopTalent screening process to hire Professionals, and most importantly the Initial interview is for discussion to determine what positions you will succeed in as to perform at your skill set level which in time open up opportunities for advancement.
TopTalent in my opinion don’t discriminate they want to get you employed.
There is a drug test taken during the interview process.
My first contract assignment in 2016 was with the Orange County Fire Marshal’s Office, position Administrative Specialist. The position almost became permanent as I was interviewed through Orange County and came in 3rd place out of 200 candidates, they hired the top 2.
Since then I have acquired my Associates of Arts Degree.
Most recent assignment was at the Orlando International Airport in the executive offices, position Executive Receptionist.
They pay well in my opinion for contract assignments.
