Pros

The bosses are nice people, but terrible bosses. I had good coworkers too...but they all left like everyone eventually does. If you feel like selling your soul (pressuring people to take jobs they don't really want) to make commission then compensation is good too.

Cons

Mircro-managing bosses who are never satisfied. Many other things that I will not mention in order to remain anonymous...

Pros

Top Talent Central gave me so much exposure to a variety of tasks. A small company helps you really learn more than you would have imagined. Both Vannessa and Roshan are super nice and they are young and fun. I learned how to qualify a resume within 5 seconds, and how to fill any job in all areas with my experience. I love the fast pace, talking to people at all levels, and interviewing them. I feel like a smarter person after this internship and could not thank both of these owners more. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this employer.

Pros

Interning with Roshan and Vannessa at Top Talent Central was my first exposure to the business world. They've built this business from the ground up and it was awesome to be part of a start-up environment. Here are a few of my favorite things about working at Top Talent Central: 1. Casual environment - from my understanding, most recruiting and staffing firms are very cut-throat and competitive. It was far from that here. I bonded with my co-workers and we had a great time helping each other out. 2. Mentoring - Roshan served as a mentor to me to help me figure out what I wanted to do. His coaching, both professional and personal, helped me get to where I am today. 3.Accountability - I felt like I was given a lot of responsibility and ownership over different projects. As an intern, I didn't expect to have the opportunity to place candidates into open positions, but I did. All-in-all, it was a great experience for me to intern with Roshan.

Cons

The only downsides for me working at Top Talent Central were the size and recruiting in general. It was a great internship, I just wanted something a little bit bigger where there were more young professionals my age. Throughout the internship, I also learned that recruiting/staffing was a lot tougher than I thought, so I didn't think I wanted to pursue that as a career.
