      Pros

      I have tutored for many years and many different companies. Top Score is the best! The pay is above market rate, I am well supported by the leadership team, and I love working with the students I tutor. I plan for Top Score Education to be my tutoring home for many years to come.

      Cons

      Top Score is a small, family-owned business. They work with students in the DC area, Florida, and NC. If you want a large tutoring company like C2 or Mathnasium with a national footprint, Top Score might not be for you.

      Family run business, flexibility, ability to grow and scale with the company.

      Cons

      Because it is a small company the benefits are limited.
