      Literally none - poor pay, terrible culture and awful leadership

      All of the above. The base is garbage, benefits are a joke, and the training doesn;t exist, nor does the support to grow.

      Learned the tricks of the trade here. Great professional development to ensure you become a strong recruiter if you have the drive to do well. Management is communicative and will support your success.

      Had to work in-office and get candidates to come in face-to-face for initial intake.
