      So many, from the toxic culture, to the disfunctional traits , to the CEO's owners, extremely disfunctional and abusive - disrespectful behaviours tors their employees

      Half of the staff is tolerable.

      Cons

      Most unorganized management on Earth. I highly believe TPC managements team is group of Ukrainians or Russians raising money for war efforts in their countries. I have heard the Russian accents on the phone. Plus TPC denies their 10-99 contract workers a TAX statement. Says it is your responsibility to pay taxes. And denies any source of taxable income to contractors.
