Pros

Talented people who are committed to doing their best for the clients. Casual work environment.

Cons

For a small agency of under 30 people, it is alarming that in year and a half, 13 people have quit and 7 have been terminated. The issue stems from one individual whose negativity sucks the life out of the office. The most used tools in her “management” toolbox are fear and intimidation. A flexible work environment is touted, but it only applies to a chosen few.

Pros

The people are passionate about the work they do and your teammates have your back. Management is predominantly women who lift and support each other. I onboarded remotely and worked during the pandemic - I felt supported every day and had the tools to excel in my position. I didn't know much about SEO going into it, and learned a ton in my ~1 year there. The company is very goal-oriented from what they provide for clients down to setting employees up on the career path they desire. A nice perk is half day Fridays to give you the headspace to work on your goals and be offline a little. It's real people who really care about each other, starting with the two owners.

Cons

I'm a glass half full kinda person so I don't see this as a con but some may - it's a smaller firm, so you get to wear many hats. You'll rock it here as a self-starter and eager learner.
