Cons
READ THIS.You will be bind of 2 years after the free training with 60 pesos /meal allowance. You will be asked to label yourself as a freelancer in BIR so you're going to be the one to file and pay your taxes like an accountant do. As a fresh grad,I dont know that.that is why I now owe BIR big amounts of penalties( 50k). Almost ALL of the artists are in debt in BIR penalties because of lack of communication between their finance, hr to artists. (They take advantage of mostly fresh grad, no experiences in work or in this industry) No benefits like HMO, sss, pagibig, philhealth. You will be forced to do overnights and overtime without additional pay because you are output-based until you're sick. Imagine you are working for your own grave/medical bills. You are labeled as a freelancer. Compensation/benefits are way low than a regular employee yet you will be working more than a regular employee : going to office from 9-6pm,deduction in salary if you are late, but no OT pay. You will be judged if you will go home on time and just normal if you go home at 10pm-12am. No 13th month. That 13th month substitute which is the End of Project Bonus doesnt even equate to the actual amount of a 13th month. Just 1/3 of basic 13th month.I received 5k-6k of EOPB for working more than a year for a project! There are a lot who just AWOL in this company and I dont wonder why. HRs are always changing a lot in 1 year! Something really fishy is going on. It's hard to resign here too. You should be strong and on your ground to do so. They will require 30 days render and if not ,considered awol. Its confusing because youre not even going to accept a back pay and COE after because you're just a freelancer afterall. Also, there are a lot of perverts and cheating husbands in this company! And! Only 5 leaves in one year! And you expect us to work with enthusiasm and return high numbers of output???All the stress and hardwork...it's NOT WORTH it. Total SCAM.
