Pros
-Highly supportive management are responsive to employees and prioritize their needs -Comprehensive training is well-suited to the position and accessible -There is a strong team culture wherein most everyone works together in some capacity or another such that there is little sense of a hierarchical structure -Excellent work-life balance and opportunity to work outside year-round in a beautiful area -The dogs are incredibly fun and it's great to build relationships with them over time
Cons
-The driving component of the position is not for everyone, especially if they dislike routine work -Working outside year-round means working irrespective of rain or other weather
