Pros

Hardworking and sociable team. The studio has a strong sense of identity and is a unique place to work. Architectural and support staff sit in the same room (unlike with other practices), so there are plenty of opportunities to learn about the industry. Great location.

Cons

Can be long hours. As a very small practice, the pay is lower than average. No flexible working options.

We also pride ourselves on encouraging our team to organise their own work so that they can stop work at 6pm. It is not long hours at the desk, but the full spectrum of lived experience and life that enrich architecture.

Great people Innovative work combining teaching, research and practice Distinctively different from typical London offices in scope, interests and approach.

Cons

Salary expectations are commensurate with the innovative and non-corporate nature of the office
