Pros
Flexible hours, work at home
Cons
Work during Beijing hours. After you submit your availability, then they tell you you won't get paid your full hourly wage unless your classes fill up -they do not assign you students! There are no guarantees in terms of a monthly wage because if this. They will not tell you all of this until you're already invested with time and, due some, money too (my advice: (don't buy any of their materials -a background and t-shirt- until you're 100% certain you want to stay). You will be an available substitute and get $5 per hour while you do whatever you want at home, which is nice, but it's probably only about 1/4 if what you'd be making if you were teaching during that hour instead.
