Despite the solid training, management tends to be very bad. A good number of selfish/egotistical people with big numbers who are running around management making the company worse when they could just be sales reps and not bother anyone. No work life balance. You will get yelled at and put down for working only 65 hours in a week.
The job itself is depressing at times. Being a ‘clothier’ and rarely hanging out with coworkers (who are rarely the same age as you due to the turnover rate) isn’t the most fulfilling thing to do
The pay is very questionable. You work your blood sweat and tears here and then come home to a sweet $1500 check. There are endless roles in the modern day sales landscape without the cons you can easily hop to that will give you double the pay for half the work.
