This company is absolutely a cult. If you don’t fit the office culture your are ostracized and there is no support or sympathy for the toll this position takes on your family life. My former employee of Tom James was asked / put in positions at Tom James that made me extremely uncomfortable multiple times, and once a TOP PERFORMER (she loved to remind me of this) even told me that I should consider “that there is something wrong with me” for not thinking that it was okay that she forced him to work from her HOME for an entire morning or she would not TRAIN him. That is not something you tell your co-workers significant other no matter what your rank, and a top performer should not be so narcissistic as to provide co workers with ultimatums that hurt their families. If you are in a relationship THINK TWICE about joining this company.
