Pros

If you put in work, you'll have room for growth and new opportunities. I've had the pleasure of working for the company for 4 years and I enjoyed every moment of my employment there. Walked in as a sales representative level 1 and gained the team's trust to work enterprise-level accounts within 6 months. The team delegated important tasks and entrusted processes over to me based on my growing performance. I had the opportunity to participate in many important deals and contracts with large corporations and government agencies which allowed me to gain great B2B experience and develop stellar CRM skills.

Cons

The bonus structure had always been a positive incentive for me. I would just suggest the company be more aggressive towards the individual performance. It'll make the already great compensation and benefits/bonus package even better. TollFreeForwarding.com is an extremely competitive company that differentiate itself from other companies out there and had always been concerned to improve its processes and accommodate new needs. I'm positive any downside felt by employees are matters that can be improved and solved throughout the company's unstoppable growth.

Pros

HOT LEADS - When hearing from recruitment that you only get hot leads and won't make any cold calls, it's almost unbelievable. However, I've worked here for 6 years and have never made one cold call. ATMOSPHERE - I don't wake up in the morning dreading work. I get excited to go to the office. Every day brings a new set of clients and a new challenge. The best part, however, is the people we work with. Everyone gets along, everyone is friendly, and everyone becomes more of your extended family instead of your coworker. APPRECIATION - Employees feel appreciated and trusted. Managment makes sure to acknowledge a job well done. On the inverse, management also does not get angry or scold their staff, positive coaching is the way it's done. Employees are not micromanaged instead they are encouraged to find new and better ways to accomplish their daily task. BENEFITS - Above average and very fair pay. Immediate 401k with employer matching. Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability. Free snacks (Snack Nation subscription, Fruit Brother subscription), Free Beverages (Starbucks coffee, tea, soda, juice, water), and a free catered lunch from a local vendor every Friday.

Cons

The office is a little outdated, everything is functional and the equipment provided is all new and nice, however, the cosmetics of the office could use an update.
