First i was kept as a permanent position for devops engineer after that i was moved to contractual without my intrest. i had blockages and the senior never cares for u . They wil pick u up for the role that we never worked but they don't give training also and we have to grow just like that.. NO HIERARCHY. POLITICS. NO OFFICE SETUP . LESS DEADLINE. When there is deadline extension also they won't come foward for helping . 0% JOB SECURITY. AT WILL AGGREEMENT will pass if u dont perform well . Worst management. we don't know the other people roles
