Abundant Work with high number of project at hand at any given point of time High Project:People Ratio which allows an employee to develop the skill of handing multiple projects Higher Visibility as it a smaller organization which means employees get to wear several hats, interact with staff more often and are afforded a 360-degree view of company-wide operations. it's easy to interact with c-suite executives and the decision-makers which helps in getting the right feedback at the right time. The firm encourage creativity, “outside the box” thinking which allows the employees to take on tasks in an organized but innovative manner. The work-culture of the firm is very warm, for starters one could settle-in the firm easily because of the warm and friendly people working there
