Great place to work - Hha Together Homecare Employee Review

I’ve been with Together Homecare for almost 5 years - first as a field RN taking care of patients in their homes & now as a clinical supervisor. They appreciate hardworking employees and they won’t micromanage you as long as you do what is expected of you. Everyone that works in the office is very nice and always willing to help. They are very selective in who they hire, which I’m sure helps. It’s definitely an enjoyable environment to work in. I also make more money now than I would make as a typical floor nurse where I’d have to work in a stressful understaffed environment as it is with many hospitals jobs nowadays, and I’m much happier & not stressed out which is very important to me. I would also recommend being a field nurse with having only 1 patient at a time for those who prefer a slower pace/low stress situation.

Not really any that I’ve experienced

The agency is very passionate about providing care to families and their loved ones in need. This was my first home healthcare job that I have taken and the caseloads are not stressful. The family that I currently work with has been very nice.

Field staff have very limited benefits. At times the work can become repetitive as well if it’s something you’re not used to.
