      Offices are nice and clean, team leads are great

      Cons

      Was hired as an agent, then moved to customer service, then moved to an FTC callback program, then moved to outbound sales. This was all in the span of a few months. Commission changes consistently with new positions. Not a very stable place to work

      Nothing. Worst company ever. They bought leads based on false advertising cms told me to quit

      Cons

      Loa is a scam to begin with dont ever bother with it. Beyond that management didnt even know the regulations and we're only concerned with chasing sales.
