      Pros

      Good staff, the majority of staff are nice and work hard, everybody gets along and is good for part timers who want nothing other than to come to work and get a little bit of money, easy work.

      Cons

      Management needs serious thought on how it works and the message it sends to staff. Zero recognition to staff. Zero chance of progression, pretty bad wage

      easy nice job with good chance to develop admin skill

      Cons

      often left alone to deal with uncomfortable situations, if you don’t get along with coworkers or management it is very off putting
