Pros
Location is good and convenient with many good food places around. Some of the staffs are very nice. Salary paid on time (but wasn't the case for some employees from what I've heard).
Cons
-Ask to do work way outside of job scope - (Upper) Management's a mess -Compulsory to go for outside courses while having to juggle work and failing to do so will result in bad appraisal review - A lot of sabotaging and some of the staff likes to throw their own work to others even though you have your own work to do and those staff don't do much even though they claim to be busy -A lot of meetings, some very inefficient and unnecessary - Very deep hierarchy system, those who were in the company longer tends to have more power and abuses it on the newer staff - Extremely high turnover rate. I've seen around 8-10 staff left. Hopefully this explains much about the company - Bosses and upper management are not very receptive in taking advices, have to do things their way and will hit your recommendations back or get defensive when you propose ideas It is mostly just that one staff member in the upper management that is the biggest problem. Without him/her around, you can feel the whole office atmosphere become more relax, the office can be pretty tense to start with. And some of the things that he/she propose and are going through are a waste of time and very useless. Because he/she worked in the office for a relatively longer time, he/she tends to treat others rudely and acts like he/she's the boss. From what I've heard, the bosses aren't great to work directly with too.
