      Pros

      I've learned a lot from them and they have a 'feel at home' kind of environment there. It was a fun studio and the people are really great artists and friendly too.

      Cons

      Sometimes, there are super hectic deadlines when we have to work for a movie.

      - Stable employment circumstance (strong union) - Many opportunities for new business and careers - People are friendly - Constant a rise in salary

      - Personal result is hard to be reflected to a salary. - Many senior managers lack management skill due to seniority by length of service.
