      Pros

      The people are nice and friendly, the product is good.

      Cons

      Constantly re-org and layoffs every 6 months creates a anxious space where nobody feels safe. Micromanagement became normal. Great people are leaving the company.

      - WFH flexibility -no weekends

      Cons

      -poor leadership, many missed opportunities, and wrong technology bets. -was a market leader that everyone looked to for product direction and have become a follower of leaders in the industry. -due to poor management (c-level)decisions, stock price is down over 95% from the high.
