The sales team is very homogeneous - white, young, and majority male. This dynamic creates a bro-y culture (a label they do not care for, but never made hiring/culture changes to change). If you want to be in sales, good place to learn skills for low pay (which is pretty industry standard) - takes 6 months to "unlock" commission. The sales goals are calculated based on team performance - if everyone is hitting the quotas they raise them.
