Pros
As someone who has worked at Toast for over a year, I have seen first-hand the opportunities that are given to young employees who prove to be hard working and competent in a fast-growing company. Management will consistently encourage employees to take more responsiibilty, become specialists in their trade or become leaders on their teams.
Cons
You just need to make sure you can turn work off outside of the 9-5 because restaurant owners (our clients) have different hours. Management tries to help with this, so it’s not bad, but just something to be aware of
