Pros
-Work life balance
-Growth … show up, do your job, & you can move up & they always recognize hard work
-Culture … best company culture I have experienced; supportive & thoughtful
-The work is easy, you know what to expect each day
- Stability; never have to worry about hours being cut or contract ending b/c this position is permanent directly with the company
Cons
- Pay is low for the economy & rising inflation but it seems like they are working to make this better
- Call center is very separate from the higher execs. Wish we would hear from them more
