      Pros

      Sean Stoner is a great person to work for. The atmosphere at the company is very welcoming and supportive. Managing staff always has the best interest of the team in mind when making decisions. The people that work here really strive to create personal relationships with those they work with.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are largely lacking in comparison to the other title companies in the area. No paid parental leave. Yearly raises to account for inflation only come to about a 2% raise.

      The CEO is excellent and receptive when he is in the office.

      Cons

      The CEO is rarely in the office. The training process is entirely dependent on older employees, who are jaded and apathetic to your learning.

      Horrible management. This company encourages bullies. I have never experienced so much condescending attitude from co-workers and management. If you want to be snapped at and talked to like you are an idiot. You'll love this place. If you are a bully and think you should spout that off 24/7, you'll love this place. I just wanted to do my job and not have to play tough to manage to get along. Not a positive experience.
