Pros
Great co-workers and remote work
Cons
Disorganized mess. This company lacks clear expectations, policy and procedures. Upper Management is egotistical on a good day. Boasting of their "hard days" in the British Countryside, struggling to hatch a plan that would allow them to exploit millions of dollars from the American healthcare system. Case managers aren't given any real support, or respect. They don't tell you in the interview that you'll be doing a lot of cold calls; pushing a program on people to turn a buck, but that's exactly what they expect you to do. Glorified telemarketing. This company has found a way to exploit a system designed to serve the poorest and most fragile folks in our healthcare system, while offering their employees little to no training or supervision at all. Also, no background checks prior to being given access to all kinds of protected health information. It's a mess and these types of CM jobs are all over the place. If you have a choice, shop for employment elsewhere.
