      The pay was excellent, but there was not enough work.

      The job was supposed to last longer than it did. I was disappointed in their management team.

      Benefits are good and there's job security.

      It's repetitive and there's no vacation time until you've worked for 1 year.

      Can work mostly remote, backend administration seems to be on top of things

      Cons

      No sense of community. I have never met my direct report. The only other people I know at the company are people on the same project as me.
