Our team is lean and works hard, but highly valued, transparent, fair and positive. We do monthly team builders, and have Thursday lunches catered in office. The office itself is beautiful and is on a lake so a lot of people take a little break to walk it throughout the day.

Early start time but, you get off earlier too.

Good pay and lots of company events like team building events-happy hours, etc

Everyone is overworked. Not enough staff to do the job correctly. Rules are not consistently applied to everyone.
